The trek team at Burleigh are awesome! my lack of bicycle knowledge and mechanical skill was not an issue when I dropped my bike in for service. A simple fix for the guys and they didn't make me feel like a hubbard for not knowing. They even looked over the bike to check everything else was ok and made recommendations for the near future to check on and replace parts to keep the bike running at it's best.
