This was my second ever bike purchase after buying my Madone SL7 about 18 months ago from Gavin and the team at Trek Windsor.
I was planning on buying a second hand TT bike but after speaking to Gavin and his staff I decided to buy a P1 Speed Concept, the bike of my dreams, and I am so stoked I did. What a weapon and It doesnt hurt that the paint job is just out of this world...
The whole team were fantastic durring the purchase process and all the way through to pick up and delivery. They need to be commended for their professionalism, expertise and follow up. It's rare to find this level of service in a retail store these days.
Ultimately I went back to Trek Windsor and purchased new again for these reasons, and im really happy i did because I am confident in their after sales service and Treks warranty. Thank you again Gavin, Shantelle, Conrad and the rest of the team for always going above and beyond.

I really appreciate the readiness of staff to accommodate our needs when it comes to scheduling services and the quality of their work. We are always given the option of choosing drop off and pick up times. Their work is excellent and it’s as if our bikes have been renewed when we get back on them.

ServIce at Trek Turramurra on Saturday 15 August 2026 by the lovely woman there was amazing. She helped me get a fuel exe bike for myself and bikes for each of my sons. Overall i was pleasantly surprised. The staff welcomed you to their store. It was genuine and akin to being welcomed into someones home. Staff were very knowledgeable about their products on display and I was provided with alternatives rather than a 'hard sell'.

Had really great customer service in your Phillip store on Saturday 15th August afternoon. The man who helped us find a helmet was very knowledgeable and patient and made it such an easy process.
Store presentation, range of bike and frame sizes in stock. Display of accessories very strong, particularly the number of accessories displayed out of the box (eg. pedals).
Service from Levi also 10/10.
When comparing brands in the model I was interested in the Trek has above average running gear and some standout different features. Ability for accessories to fit to model also a key factor.
