Edreece was very helpful with giving me all the information that I needed when purchasing my new Madone. While I came in knowing that I wanted a Madone, he helped me work out which model and size frame that I should get.
He performed a basic bike fit when I picked up the bike and swapped out some of the components to ensure I had the best fit. He then helped me with all the accessories.
While I've been cycling for a long time, this is the first bike with disk brakes and Di2 shifters, so he gave me advice on how to manage the new kit.
Overall I'd recommend the service at Trek very highly.
