Friendly staff
The staff at Trek Northlakes are top shelf! Each phone call,email and in person encounters have been met with "We are here to help". I highly recommend Trek Northlakes. Services are the true reflection of this, I feel confident that my bike is in the best working order after each service and I have yet to find fault with any of the products I have purchased, especially my Bike.

We initially went in so that our son could show us what bike he wanted for his birthday. We ended up leaving with it. This was down to 2 factors:
1. His test ride - he felt the quality of bike right away and already knew it's specs. He rides frequently and thus it was justified to not buy an entry level bike
2. Customer service - extremely kind and respectful. We were met by a young man who was friendly from the get go. There was no push to buy, but rather gave us enough information to build trust in the store and in the product.
It became a no brainer to walk out with it. Our son won't stop riding it, which led us to the conclusion that what he researched and what was told to us in person were in sync - thus no overselling.
Extremely grateful for that service, and would recommend others.

We recently have a new bike jump track as phillip island. Our 8 year old has always had hand me downs and given this new track I wanted him to have a good new bike. My husband had done his research and chose a trek bike for our youngest. He was going to buy online but he felt we should pop into the store. I’m very glad we did. Was very impressed with the service we received and recommendation of sizing for our son. The size my husband selected was too small. I was also very impressed with the quality of the bikes in the store. It was an efficient and seamless transaction. Loved the receipt was sent to my email as well. Definitely will be recommending to friends and as soon as his older brother needs a new bike we will be returning to the store.
Pleasant purchasing experience at Trek Turramurra. The Trek Checkpoint + bike is a solid frame, the 42mm tyres present a compliant and grippy ride and the electric power assistance is seamless and powerful.
Once again Duncan and Ben have outdone themselves. They did my comp service and listened to all my information after riding several events. They did a second fit for my bike and spent a lot of time listening to what I needed and making changes.
I bought the Trek Checkpoint SL5 and the decision was made easier with Kit's help and advice. Product and Service is highly recommended.
