We previously visited another bicycle store and we were not taken seriously. Greg at the Pakenham branch of Trek greeted us respectfully and listened intently to what we wanted. His focus seemed purely on helping us find the right bikes that fitted our needs.
Taking this on board, he walked us through several options making us aware of features, benefits and costs. He recommended we test rode a couple to experience the differences and to understand what these felt like as opposed to just looking at them in the rack instore. We made our purchase that day, and to our pleasure we were able to collect the very next weekend!

She was more concerned in helping us get the bike we wanted, rather than making a big sale which is always appreciated. We will definitely visit Trek Kawana again.

Took my bike here as it had a weird issue with gears slipping. Joe looked at it right away for me and it hasn’t had the same issue since. He suggested that it would need a new chain soon, so I booked in to have this and a service done. All the work was finished less than 3 hours after I dropped the bike off and the bike is running like a dream. Joe’s customer service was 10/10, I couldn’t recommend him or Trek QV highly enough. Will definitely be back for all my bike needs.
