Trek are a quality brand although the team at the store in Hoppers Crossing are outstanding in the genuine service they deliver. I bought a tyre and upon fitting it myself, noticed a small inner tube leak. Took the wheel back to the store later in the day and they helped fit a new tube, giving me some tips during the process. From the day I bought my bike at this store, to when I collected the bike, and the ongoing service, has always been nothing less than 10/10.
