I was very impressed by Daniel and Sandow - when I first entered the store, Sandow listened to all the information I had about what I wanted - he asked questions to clarify. Then he took me to Daniel because he had more experience in the bike I was interested in. Sandow gave Daniel a summary of what I'd told him, and then Daniel took over. It was such a great experience - I felt heard and in good hands. They were respectful of my hesitance to make a decision, as it's such a lot of money! (checkpoint+ SL7).

Matt is a legend. It's great having a "local bike shop" where the manager knows bikes and can fix anything. I've bought several bikes from Trek and I always get great service. Plus I love my bikes!
