Very good service - knowledge, patience, flexibility (i.e. I could bring in some parts I had at home for the service) and good discussion of what was needed and why. It did cost a premium but it was a comprehensive and required service on a bike that had tens of thousands of km under the belt.
The team were extremely helpful, wealth of knowledge and accommodating in what one needed doing.

Nathan is very smart personable and knowledgeable. I shipped my bike from Perth and he tweaked a few aspects of the reassembly I had not done correctly. He showed me some good rides and invited me for the Thursday spin. A good welcome to Melbourne!
Expert advice. Ramon was so helpful!. We drove 30 mins to come to your store even though there was another retailer that sold trek 10 mins from home. I had spoken to Ramon on the phone during the week and he knew what he was talking about.
