Excellent, knowledgeable help when purchasing a replacement helmet
The team at trek Fishwick saved my bacon halfway though a bikepacking trip when my free hub bearing collapsed. They Diddnt have the part I needed (not surprising) but they got me rolling again with a new wheel. I wanted to transfer the parts with the shop tools (as I was halfway through a trip and had none) but the boys stepped up and did it on the spot!

A good selection of products and an excellent workshop team
Rob and Jackson know bikes. They are informative, professional and very well qualified and experienced to repair bikes and provide honest information about buying a new bike. Their store is well stocked with the essentials and has an open repair area where you can discuss strategies for your repairs
They have been looking after my Cannondale road bike for years up until the time the carbon frame cracked. Luckily they detected the crack before the frame totally collapsed.
They also look after the family's 2 e-mtbs.
I have know hesitation in recommending them both for their friendly and professional service.
