Really helpful staff and good products
Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes and products, easy to find, park and try the bikes in the forecourt area. Without having to book a free trial if time is limited. So far good aftercare service, before the bike has its 200 miles service. All good so far. The same for the bike. Very pleased with it!!

The shop and its team provided a very nice experience and the assistance I was given over the puncture i had suffered brilliant. Whilst one of the tech boys sorted the issue, Will provided me with a thought provoking introduction to the Forge bike which I will address with him directly about a test ride. In all, the experience was very good and the team exceptional, oh and a coffee to boot!
