We have a number of bike shops locally but we’ve been back time and again to Cycles UK in Leigh on Sea because the staff are so welcoming and helpful- nothing is too much trouble for someone like me who has no idea about bikes when my son has started to get into it

I took my 13 year old son in to look for a new bike and couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were really friendly and patient with us, knew their stuff, and gave him some good tips on local routes.
They went through all the options with us and actually listened to what he wanted. No pressure, no hard sell. It felt like talking to people who care about bikes rather than salespeople trying to shift stock.
With everyone buying online or from the big chains these days, it was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely go back!
