Product and price were very good. A bit of a problem with delivery but Trek sorted it out straight away. I have fitted the derailleur and all works perfectly. Price was much better than anywhere else. I would definately recommend Trek for spare or replacement parts.

They sorted the brakes on my new bike with inexpensive parts and very fast turnaround. I literally dropped the bike off, did some shopping, and got a text saying it was ready to collect. You really cannot fault that level of service.
