I collected my new bike yesterday, Ben was fab he adjusted the seat to the correct height and showed me everything, how to use the gears, the lights, even how to remove the tyres.
The selection of bikes at the shop was great, and the customer service from both Ben and Dan so far has been above and beyond

The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and their knowledge of bicycles is exceptional. The service you get from Trek Bracknell is phenomenal. They also only do what needs to be done on your bike and ensure it it up and running smoothly. You don’t feel you are being taken for a ride (excuse the pun) Special shout out to all staff at Bracknell!

Great advice from a friendly and knowledgeable team good products ideal for my cycling needs. Used the cycle scheme to purchase dealer aspect was straightforward with some new key accessories like helmet and mudguards also supplied. Looking forward to my first commute with the new bike.
