I can’t recommend the e-bike centre enough.
The new bike I bought had an issue within 8 weeks.
This was an Avinox M2S motor issue and the warranty process was swift, as was their communication which was on point.
The motor was replaced within 2 weeks from the point of contacting the shop and once the bike was dropped off the new motor was installed and tested within a couple of hours.
Very knowledgeable friendly staff that go the extra mile.

There are two reasons to buy a Trek bike: it’s a great product, but being able to pop into the shop for advice and have a service done by the staff made all the difference. The Bristol team keeps going above and beyond each time. And it’s very reassuring to know they are the best people to work on my bike! They are kind, know their stuff and always help even with little things.
