The customer service was fantastic with Summit cycles. After explaining what I was looking for, I was recommended the best bike for my needs, and everything was explained regarding how the bike worked and how to maintain. The price was competitive and extras were thrown in free. Also fitting the bike, thorough check and even taken to my car. The staff are friendly and seem to care that you get the right bike for you. I also felt that supporting a small local business like this was really appreciated. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended.

Not a negative but could have more stock or men’s mountain bikes. Just seemed to be full of racers and electric bikes.

These days, it's not every day you get a puncture with modern tyres and inner tube slim. Yesterday I called into Peddlers. Could you help me? Wheel off, new inner tube, and back on the road. I thought I was watching an F1 tyre change—all for £35 including a bike check and tube slime. Wonderful shop. While I waited, I found myself looking at the very latest bikes. The modern technology never ceases to amaze me. Sincerely, the Space Race has nothing on the Mountain Bike speed.
