Once again great service. I had my bike serviced and a few upgrade items fitted. I like the way the bike is given a thorough inspection while you are there by a professional bike mechanic and have a discussion on any issues.

The store is nicely laid out. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The service is efficient. The big orange sofa is comfortable. The restroom facility is bright, airy and kept clean.

I came to Summit Cycles with a broken gear cable and rear hanger issue, whilst in the area on holiday. At 1430h on a very busy August Saturday, they took the bike in to fix it and had it complete before they closed at 1700h. Not only that, they managed to salvage and fix some of the broken parts, rather than just replace them and charge for new. This meant the bill was probably half what it could have been. The team at Summit run their business with integrity, professionalism and a kind, will do anything they can to help, attitude. I highly recommend them.
