Adam was very helpful. Even brought out his own bike to help demonstrate the grip of the DMR V12 pedals on my Endura shoes. I could have saved £20 on my £120 order of pedals, gloves and a light, I thought it was well worth it to get the exact items I needed rather than taking a chance online.

I'd not used Cycle-Ops before but needed some work done on a bike I was given. Found these guys as my nearest bike shop and was impressed with all the online reviews. So I took my road bike in for a free and quick quote. Cycle-Ops then took the bike in for a full service and to install the parts. They had the bike back to me within a week. Really quick and efficient service with the bike looking and feeling like new. The work done was a reasonable price too considering the bike hadn't had a service in years. Excellent and reliable service.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the help I received from the guy at reception. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the bike purchase and explaining the Bike to Work Scheme really clearly.

From the minute I walked into the shop Oliver was incredibly helpful and informative. He was able to show me a wide variety of bikes and helped me decide which bike I wanted to order. Throughout the process, Oliver kept me up to date with progress and then was really helpful during the hand-over of the bike.
The finished built bike is beautiful and is exactly as I wanted it, with all the additions I requested and the process was seamless.

Searching the Cycles UK website enabled selection of a combined headlight and rear light set offered at a very competitive price. The online purchase was very easy and allowed the nomination of their Chelmsford outlet as to where it could be collected after a forecast waiting period of a week or so - the website declaring the goods would be dispatched at a point between 28th - 30th October, for the price a little patience was worth it.
Within minutes of the order being placed, 21st October, a phone call from Paul of Cycles UK Chelmsford came through thanking for the order and advising the light set would be available for collection the next day, possibly the day after. Yesterday, 22nd October, a phone call announced the set was available for collection and by close of play it had been fitted to a grandson’s bicycle.
This was not the first time Cycles UK Chelmsford have provided an outstanding service, obtaining much needed items they did not have in stock with the minimum of delay confirming to me they are extremely reliable and definitely the establishment to visit when bicycle woes prevail.
There’s a wide variety of products available in store but anything not immediately off the shelf can be bought in without too much delay.
I needed a new chain fitted so I arranged a convenient day/time and the work was carried out while I waited. Enjoyed a coffee too!

Dropped my sons bike off without an appointment, they were very happy to book it in, asked what was wrong and said they would ring and give any suggestions. The bike was fixed and ready for collection within 2 days. Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly and the shop was clean. Will definitely be back, Diolch

I've had a lot of trouble with my bike and the team at the shop had helped me out every time.
While I'm currently on the fence about recommending a bike with a TQ system due to the time I've had with it, I'd recommend a Trek bike in general due to how the issues I've had have been dealt with.
