I experienced an issue with the rear brake pads on my bike, which made it very difficult to cycle.
Dave Mc immediately identified the issue, explained it to me, showed it to me, and then replaced the rear brake pad. He had me back on the road again in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Dave, for delivering excellent service ahead of our Club's Sportive on Saturday. First name removed
