Cycle-Ops provide fantastic service, expert advice and a really friendly customer experience. The team are knowledgeable, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile to help with bike servicing, repairs and upgrades. Turnaround times are excellent and the quality of workmanship is consistently high. It’s clear they genuinely care about cyclists and keeping bikes running perfectly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable service and great customer support.
Good quality and very friendly service
The team at Bay were simply superb. A broken spoke threatened our ride from Landsend to London but the wheel was quickly repaired and balanced, the poorly fitting tyre sorted and a work disc rotor replaced, all very quickly and at a very reasonable price , with lots of free advice.
Shops like Bay Cycles are becoming harder to find and yet are vital and invaluable suppliers of parts, skills and advice and we can't thankyou enough.

The workshop did a great job fetteling my mtb . Always receive a telephone call when the work is finished and when picking it up they go through everything that has been completed on the bike with you.
