You have a vast variety of bike brands that you offer ranging from off the peg to the highest quality of bespoke manufacturer, but your level of customer service doesn't change regardless of the level you go for or how much you spend.
Lastly, you've built a community focused shop, over the last few weeks as I've popped in for bike tests, deposit payments etc I've noticed it's not just cyclists that pop in for a coffee and cake, you've built a hub for the wider community.
