Happy with the bike from the start really , however this is a constructive criticism of which I feel could do with addressing because hopefully it’s going to benefit the trek brand going forward !
That is the service was fine , but the conversation with the technician wasn’t really encouraging in that when asked if I had any issues I was told on each specific question that “oh yeah we get a lot of that happening ! “ then again and again on different points .
My thoughts coming away leaving my bike was this :- if this is issues that are happening then why didn’t the sales team inform me of such? So I could make a more educated decision on purchasing said bike !! The bottom line is if these are common problems with the bike then the production at source needs attention/addressing . These bikes are not cheap items they need to be spot on !

The workshop assembly was flawless, price was competitive, and the service was extremely helpful, informative and friendly. Even when a small issue occurred after three months of riding, the component was replaced with no quibble under warranty. An outstanding LBS.
