We wanted to upgrade My wife’s bike to one a bit more capable on forest trails. We had an idea what we wanted and after listening to some helpful advice a couple of bikes were selected for a little test ride!
Purchase made and a week later the bike was ready for collection after pdi and some Invisiframe protection added.
Handover was very detailed and everything explained well. So far very happy!

I broke my wife’s ebike in for a service and to fix a problem with the control unit.
The team were attentive as I described the problems I was having and reassured me that they would get to the bottom of the issues.
A couple of hours later, I received a call to let me know that the bike was fully serviced, fixed and ready to roll.
Andy, the engineer, went through all the various things he had done and explained how he fixed the issue with the control unit.

I called in to ask for some general advice about handlebar risers & tyre choice , the young man was very helpful & showed me what they had in terms of handlebars so I got a reasonable idea as to what to look for , he spoke to the mechanic whom he said had more experience , he came and spent a huge amount of time of time looking online for me & sent me the link for a specific handlebar as they don’t sell that one …. Yet !
He then went through the tyre choices for the riding that I do that would give me what I needed,
There was no pressure for me to buy anything “that would just do “
He found me the ideal choice .
