Staff know their bikes and have a good selection on display, if what you want isn't there, as was the case for me, they verry quickly soused it and had it delivered checked and ready for collection with in a few days

Excellent experience when buying a new bike (Domane SLR). Knowledgeable and friendly staff at Trek Bicester. Special mention to Alderney for taking the time to set up bikes so I could test them, and give feedback on the fit. When it arrived, the bike was perfectly set up to my specifications. A great service from start to finish.

I had an accident on my bicycle in Richmond and suffered a fracture in my radius. I called Richmond cycles and they kindly took the bike in for me, so I could then seek medical attention without having to abandon my bike. They didn’t charge me for storing the bike for a week.
