Always helpful and service is fantastic and efficient.
No job is too big, or too small for Summit Cycles. I’ve just had bearings changed on my suspension which was particularly difficult to remove, in fact, the job took 5 hours.
Special thanks to Nathan the Mechanic and Jim the Manager who kept me updated on progress.
After the long operation at the of the day Jim still managed to diligently source a single specialised nut for another bike.

A very professional service. They have very experienced technical staff. Standards are very high. They have a good stock, but parts can be ordered very quickly. And they sell the latest advanced bikes whether road, off-road or electric

I have a Trek cycle at the moment and have been very pleased with it, hence when looking for an E-bike Trek was my first choice. The store at St Albans was first class, Alex and Martin were super helpful, friendly and very knowledgable. I was put at ease the moment I walked into the store. A test ride was organised without any fuss, and I was given plenty of time to try out the Trek Powerfly. Everything has run smoothly, and am delighted with my purchase. After buying a bike from the cycle centre many years ago it was needed a repair, took it in to the shop, bought the parts and fitted myself git stuck and they carried out remaining work to a very high standard.

From the first moment we stepped into Trek Bracknell with the thought of buying a bike, to the goodbye riding out our newly bought bikes, we have received more than excellent service from Mariana and her co worker. Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and kindness that we experienced.

The guys in the shop helped me find the right bike for my son and if I’ve ever had any problems they have always been very helpful.
