Unfortunately, my new bike was damaged in transit so had to return to the shop to be fixed. The team in Ilkley went above and beyond to atone for the issues replacing all the damaged parts and carrying out some additional set up work. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Would highly recommend. One thing I would say is no matter what the distance, always pick a new bike up, then you’re not beholden to the quality, or non-quality of the courier service, which of course is beyond the control of the Wheelbase chaps.

I have been highly impressed with the level of support and care the company members provided during the process of purchasing my new e-bike. The bike was assembled, charged and fully serviced before I was informed that it was ready for collection. During the collection, I met with a bike mechanic who instructed me fully and answered all my questions, which I greatly appreciated as this was my first electric bike. The whole company approach to the customer reminds me of the good old days. 10 out of ten. Thank you.

Had a problem with my YT e-bike, staff were very knowledge and efficient, with a can-do attitude - bike fixed within a couple of days. Cost was also lower than quoted, they don’t “pad out” work which I was very happy about. I strongly recommend them

Knowledge staff is the number one requirement for me and that was certainly provided by Tom front of store person on duty the day I phoned for advice.
Tom explained the services available that pertained to my enquiry needed to know if my 14 year old Cube e-bike was still a viable bike going forwards and Tom was able to advise and book an exploratory appointment at a set price to access if it was worth investing any further monies in.
Luckily it was and work after consultation was undertaken.
Would definitely recommend to contact and discuss your needs.
