Excellent service. I bought a Specialized Crux 5 and it was delivered to my house. The gentleman who delivered my bike was very pleasant and helpful. The bike was built for me and was literally taken off the rack out the back of a large van and ready to go! I was astonished as there was literally nothing for me to do.
Since riding the bike for a few weeks I've experienced no issues at all with the bike. I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you Cycles UK Maidstone :) 5 star service
Excellent quality bikes and superb customer service, especially from Vince at the Poole store. Dropped my grandsons bike off for a service and mentioned that he had fallen off the bike and damaged his helmet. He explained that if I brought it back into the store they would exchange it for free as part of the Trek guarantee, which I didn’t know about.
I had an excellent experience with Cycles UK in Leigh-on-Sea. Rod was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process of purchasing my Brompton G Line through the Cycle2Work scheme.
He kept me informed, answered my questions and was happy to help while I waited for my application to be approved. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to make the process as straightforward as possible.
