Only a rental after visiting previously to discuss eMTB's, but enthusiasm and willingness to help was infectious when you're on the verge of buying. Unfortunately they don't stick Cube which I wanted to buy, else I'd have happily bought from them also.

initially contacted the Maidstone branch, but unfortunately found the attitude and level of customer service disappointing. I was advised to contact the Canterbury branch instead, and the difference was remarkable. The team there were fantastic—friendly, professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. Although Canterbury is around a 1.5-hour round trip for me and Maidstone is much closer, the excellent service made the journey well worth it. Thank you to the Canterbury team for their outstanding assistance
