Yet again, exceptional customer service. The staff noticed a critical warranty issue on my frame and were able to fix it swiftly with the replacement parts that I had received. All done very quickly in time for my biking holiday. Very grateful. Wouldnt use any other bike shop.

When I phoned to ask about a colour of pedal they weren’t showing in stock on their website. They were very helpful and ordered the requested colour in.
My son came to the mountain bike course for 6 year olds and had the best time. Damian was great and really made sure the boys were engaged and part of a team. He came away buzzing, teaching us all about how to ride and wanting to come again!
