The service I received from initial telephone enquiry, to placing order to collecting my new bike was nothing short of exemplary.
The staff were, without exception, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The gentleman who handed my bike over was especially helpful, setting up my suspension and explaining everything about my bike with knowledge and enthusiasm.

Service was fast. Bike was in the shop less than 24 hours and had my issue plus others I didnt know about fixed in no time. Got a call at 9am stating what was wrong other than the flat tire and by 2pm it was ready for pickup. Staff at the workshop and register were friendly as always. Wish I had more reasons to go there

Got my order bang on time
I needed some replacement brake pads for an old bike. I was told that you didn’t have any in stock and it would be unlikely that any other shop would have them have due to the age of the bike. You checked with a supplier and said that they would be with you next day. I received a text the next morning and collected the new pads later that day. Great service and advice. Lindsay.

Took my bike in for a brake caliper replacement. Staff were very friendly and the work was completed to a professional standard. Would definitely recommend.
I had a bike fit with Nas, it was amazing. He immediately started to find the issues with my fit and started to correct them at the end of the session he had been able to not only find the problems with my fit but also my body instabilities and provided me with stretches to help with my body symmetry. It was a great experience and has left me with confidence in my bike fit that I had been lacking.
