Highly recommend Jim at Summit Cycles for a bike fit! I came in dealing with complex knee pain (PFPS) tied to my bowed legs and supination. Jim was incredibly thorough, detailed, and explained the biomechanics behind everything he changed. The bike feels great and my knees are much happier. Whether it’s sharing stories over a coffee, getting expert advice from the workshop, or a heads-up on the latest product innovations in the manufacturer’s pipeline, the team has you covered. Newbies (like me) can hang out with veterans of all aspects of the sport, making every day a school day.

The staff in the shop know what they are talking about, seek to understand what you need and then help you select the right products without over selling. This is the sort of service that makes me go back to shops.

I feel like the Pearson mechanics know what they are doing and really try to help. My bike came back from its service/work with everything working beautifully. I've brought a friend in several times with his bike (a recently purchased Trek) which had several problems which the Trek people have not been able to fix and Pearson has done it first time, properly.

My Hammer and Tongs is 7-8 years old and I still love it.

I must say, service was great and i was having issues with my bike rack so i went back and he give me great advise on how to use it. Great selection of bikes aswell.
