Really excellent communication and work completed in a good time on the same day as drop off. The Wheelbase technicians had undertook research before my arrival and knew what was required to replace the uncommon hardware and software of the Fazua drive system fitted to my bike. This was reassuring and indicated that a high level of professionalism was being used to ensure a good outcome. The cost was as expected and I believe was very fair for such a good service. The only difficulty on the day was parking uncertainty and the 50 mins travel time to Wheelbase. Whilst my light weight road bike fitted in my car I would not be able to carry anything larger and unfortunately this limits the bikes I could take to Wheelbase. If Wheelbase had a weekly collection and drop off service for say £10 to £20 that would be a great option.

The bike is great. I need a little help to adjust but Vince was fantastic in going above and beyond trying to make sure he adjusts the bike for me and was extremely responsive on emails too so a credit to Vince at Poole Trek!
