Great experience with this bike shop. I’d travelled over three hours to the trail centre and then ran into a mechanical issue with my ENVE wheel, which could have easily ruined the day. The team were quick to help with the problem efficiently, and got it repaired so I could get back out on the trail.
The service was excellent throughout, really helpful, and friendly making the whole process easy and stress free.
I really appreciated their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality service works.

Rides on Air are always ready to help, with their quick response and action plan, when my bikes need fixing. Communication is excellent, and so are the range of products.
Ben at Bicester was fantastic, really helpful with trying out a bike and everything surrounding that as I'd never owned an ebike before. There was also another employee in the Bracknell shop that was very helpful in advising me on helmet fit.

Contacted Trek Bicycle Shrewsbury regarding a part that was the wrong size, purchased 3 months earlier. Due to damaging that component with my faulty torque wrench I could not return it.

Lovely Santini Lidl-Trek jersey. One of the best- fitting garments they've made in my opinion, and they make some quality clothing. Very exciting to be honest.
Also, very prompt delivery, well-packaged and free delivery. It's all good here in Liverpool. Well, apart from Everton getting beaten in the 101st minute, but that's another story.
Ordered item late afternoon, arrived the next morning. Really fast delivery and one of the cheapest I found online. Never used Cookson before but will be using again in the future and already told my MTB mates.
