Sam and Dan were very helpful guiding me for my first eMTB. They let me have a couple of demos in the vicinity, which was very helpful telling the difference from my hardtail MTB. Lots of detailed advice on details and options. I bought a hardtail eMTB, and after a quick try on gravel was a bit concerned about the ride being a bit hard. The tyres were a bit hard to bed in the tubeless, and after getting a pressure gauge and tweaking them down, I was happy with the setup. A quick demo of the full suspension version was useful to confirm my decision.
Lovely shop with lots of stock to contemplate undisturbed, unlike most Oxford-based stores, which have to have the stock nailed to the floor! Thoroughly recommended.

With just one week to go before the Uptonogood Mountain Bike ride I had a major failure of the hydraulic brakes on my bike. The Rides On Air, Wallingford team found a solution, ordered the new components, and fitted them all within a few days. This meant I was still able to line up on the start line in Upton village. Great service, thanks.
Good selection of bikes, accessories, materials; fantastic maintenance - both radical (last time I had a cracked front fork; this time the problems were relatively minor but Carl was very responsive to my needs, which were a bit dissimilar to those of most bike enthusiasts - so very reasonable in the cost of the maintenance.

I ordered a chainring from Trekstore. As it was for a much older crankset the website was showing only one available at the Bramhall store. I rang the store to check before placing the order. The guy was extremely helpful and located the item, which meant I had no fears of the item being unavailable, and said it would be posted that day, once id placed the order online, which I did. The item arrived the VERY NEXT DAY, and was in excellent condition and was extremely well packaged. The service received was exceptional.
