All of the team at the Chelmsford branch are friendly and knowledgable. They have a relaxed energy in the store allowing you to browse before supporting you as needed. I’m returning to cycling and a gentleman helped me source a helmet, fitted it and unboxed it for my ride home before setting the combination on my newly acquired bike lock. I like the unhurried service and the remake of products the shop offers. I will be upgrading my bike soon and will head straight to Cycles Uk at Riverside Chelmsford. Great service and support from the team there 🙂.

Ive only used you a handful of times since becoming a cyclist and to be honest I felt welcomed as a part of the County Cycle Family the moment I walked in the door.
Your staff are amazingly friendly, very knowledgeable and so relatable, nothing is too much for them weather it be for a minor tweak to the bike or just some advice they're more than happy to help.
There isn't that cooperate feel or sales and targets they are genuinely there to help you get the best out of your bike that they can with what they have available and that makes me want to support them and keep this business afloat so I can keep coming back for years to come.

All the staff are Very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable.They always provide a very quick, efficient and professional service. Cannot fault them in any way. I have reccomended bike chain ricci to a few people at work so far. And with the level of service I have always received from them, I will continue to highly recommend them to anyone. Very pleased.
