Excellent service! We were able to walk in with our bike for an inspection and our bike was able to be serviced the same day. The gentleman who helped us was very helpful in finding the right pannier rack, mud guards and lights for our son's bike and he installed everything! Absolutely great experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Saddle safari is a Marlow cycling asset and I try to use the shop before hitting the Amazon app. I needed new cycling overshoes and I was able to try on 2 pairs to get the right fit and avoiding the inevitable return process from Amazon or other online store. And the price was competitive.
While there I asked about getting some replacement rubber mudguard stay covers. A box was provided from under the counter and I was given what I needed without charge.
