While you have to book a service/repair, it does mean that they tend to be quicker.
They also dont force unnecessary replacement parts on you so the overall cost of the service is kept down

Shortly after dropping them off I had a call. They had assessed the bikes, told me the remedies and cost. Slight adjustments and general service.
We had a call the next day giving update. A few hours later collected the bikes - job done without any hassle.

The service I got from cycles UK was very good as they tried to help me with an old battery on my KTM bike that has gone wrong and tried their best with Bosch to get it replaced under warranty and John was extremely helpful helpful unless in the end, we couldn’t get anywhere with the battery which was not cycle UK‘s fault but the way they try to look after me was excellent in the end. I bought a new battery which was supplied very happy, but as for the staff they were all very, very helpful. Can’t say much more than that thank you so much.
Liam and the whole team were excellent, supporting me to choose the right bike. This was then followed up with a prompt delivery and excellent handover. I look forward to returning to the store.
