We bought 2 Amflow PLs at the end of January.
We were walked through the set up and answered any questions we had (as it'sour first ebike), they charged our bikes so we could go for a ride local to the shop we wanted to try as we are 2 hours away at home.
Since then their after sales support has been 5 star, we've had help replacing a broken dropper lever after a crash, a warranty issue quickly resolved and also technical support over the phone and via email, always happy to help. A friendly and professional service.

The frame on my MTB snapped & the team at the St Alban's store couldn't have been more supportive & helpful in dealing with the warranty & obtaining approval for a new frame & bike swap/build. They are extremely knowledgeable & know their stuff when it comes to all things bike. I'm very happy & pleased with the whole service they provided from beginning to end.
I purchased online advertising 10 in stock but none were available until October. I was called to confirm a refund. I got a follow up saying they did have one in another stock so managed to get my Brompton. Still getting used to is but the service and pick-up was very good.
I ordered a bike from the Kendal branch and collected it from Darlington. Wheelbase were very quick dealing with the request and kept me up to date through the process. The staff at Darlington were also helpful on collection.
