The service is exceptional. They even run a WhatsApp group where I was responded to out of hours with pictures of products that met my needs. The mechanic who was on holiday responded in seconds.

I had good communication about the bike I wanted to purchase. I’m not a very good haggler but when I mentioned, I had seen exactly the same bike cheaper on another website I was instantly offered a price match.

Online sales support were very helpful and communicative throughout the process, removing the dropper post so that I could add my Reverb when I arrived - the Stavely store made it a seamless handover / collection - thanks folk, an excellent experience all around.

I dropped in without an appointment- immediately the bike was reviewed in some detail by Martyn- who is very knowledgable and professional and friendly. Clear information provided on what was needed and quote and timescale for the work given to me.
Work then completed several days earlier than the estimate I was given.
All around an excellent service
I very much like the service, all the guys are knowledgable and friendly. Will happily carry out service and repairs on all types of bicycles as well as sell all types. I bouggt my eapc here and they look after me. Abd all for a reasonable price. Would not go anywhere else.
