All of the staff in the store were incredibly helpful and extremely patient. As a runner, looking to get some extra miles in cycling, I'm not really that knowledgable about bikes and the world of cycling. Prior to visiting Wheelbase, i went to another cycling shop where they were rude and patronising.
Therefore, it was a breath of fresh air to meet with Bernie, who sold me my bike. On collecting it, Theo was exceptional and even the guy who wasn't serving me was lovely.
Thank you to everyone in Wheelbase, glad I nipped on the off-chance after giving up on buying a bike.

I literally have already recommended Joe Daly to others so that's a 10/10 likelihood. I like that the shop is small and locally owned and run by experts who seem to really like what they do. I always trust that I am getting a good recommendation or purchasing a good product. I find the prices fair as well and the level of service excellent. Long live Joe Daly!
