Rich was really helpful, encouraged me to try the next size up on a bike which actually turned out to be a better fit and it was no trouble for me to try out a gravel bike Id also been considering instead of a hardtail (although it was quickly dismissed as I could immediately tell it was a terrible fit). I was kept informed about my order progress whilst waiting for it to be delivered and I also got a follow up call the day after I'd picked it up to check that everything was OK. Just really good service all round.
The staff always go above and beyond. I had a snapped chain and urgently needed it fixed. They are always really busy but kindly stopped what they were doing and put a new chain on for me and I was on my way again. Brilliant service!
I had an issue with my freehub.
Mark provided excellent service in fitting new parts,, upgrading the rear cassette and fitting a new chain and freehhub which I supplied.
Unfortunately there was a delay in parts being delivered which I ordered but it wasn't a problem for Mark. He kept my bike at the shop, fully briefed me on progress. What had been a serious mechanical problem for me was easily resolved by Mark.
I though the pricing was more than fair for labour and parts. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. Highly recommended.

To get the rear block and chain changed to something more suitable, notice the rear jockey wheels were worn, so they were pre-ordered and they let me know when they were in, went in and collected
