Customer Testimonials
Always great service, by local enthusiasts who really love what they do. If you're buying a bike, buy it from the experts, who will give you the personal touch and help you every step of the way.

Good service and advice Thank you
A shop that definitely puts the customer first! Very knowledgeable staff who take the time to listen to the customer & offer sound advice without a hint of 'upselling'. Although on first appearance it's a small shop with a limited range that range covers all anybody would need. If items are not in stock then usually they can be available in a few days, & you know that it'll be the right part for you or your bike.
A great team, doing the right thing with results that'll put a smile on your face & make you a repeat customer.
Staff extremely knowledgable and helpful.
Very helpful and professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we got the bike we wanted. Thank you
Professional and efficient service - felt valued as a customer and appreciate the advice
Friendly high quality service.
Service is top class !!!
Bike is like new after every visit
Went in for a bike fit knowing there were certainly things that needed attention since my last bike fit years ago. Nas is very knowledgable and went through things methodically on the day, firstly determining I was on the correct size bike, but more importantly tweaking a variety of things that has made my experience overall much better. Somewhat frustratingly I've spent so much on the bike since I've produced the best power for the year as a result :-)
Went back for a follow-up a month later to check things were still the way we wanted them to be. Had a chat about exercises and strength training to support my position on the bike going forward and I'll probably be back to have a look at the TT bike position as well in the near future.
Good to have a great bike shop in Marlow, recent service on my e-bike carried out professionally and promptly
Wheelbase had just what I was looking, Immediately available at a reasonable price.
I placed my order online on Saturday and it was on its way on Monday.
Very pleased with the end to end process and would not hesitate to recommend.

The team are very friendly and always happy to help. They have gone out of their way to source difficult to find parts or point me in the direction of them. The many wheels I've had built have all been done to a very high standard. Beyond Bikes are the first people I turn to when I have a bike problem I can't fix.
