The shop in Darlington has everything and the staff are friendly and helpful and on my last visit they helped me get the items I wanted, I highly recommend this shop and often look in to see what new products are in.
They give good advice and are professional letting me know what is best for my bike and how to keep it in perfect condition, I will always use this shop knowing I am getting good value and a great service from the team.
Great service and rapid turnaround
The staff at the e-bike centre are so friendly and helpful. I had a puncture in my rear tyre and it was fixed within 5 minutes. They didn’t mind showing me how to do it so that I can do it myself next time. Very reasonable price for the service too!

I enjoy riding the Trek bike i bought from them.
During very hot weather I could not loosen my front wheel, I phoned Pedal Power, Lucie said do not put WD40 on it as it could affect the disc brakes. Cool the metal down and you should be able to remove your wheel.
Good advice worked a treat.
