The service was professional, prompt and friendly. There was the flexibility to drop my bike off pre service, and collect up to seven days after which I found really helpful due to life commitments.

The Greenwich team are really helpful and knowledgable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I live in Orpington and went to the Cycles UK store there for many years. When they closed I tried Greenwich and get the same excellent service from them. Thoroughly recommend Cycles UK

Good product, friendly and knowledgeable team
Having a good local bike shop is invaluable. I like to do some of my own servicing and upgrades, but I really appreciate being able to speak to someone knowledgeable first, get the right parts ordered and know that they will be genuine brand parts. The advice on the web is not always consistent, and there are counterfeit parts to avoid. Supporting a good LBS means I can hopefully get help if I make mistakes on any work I do. I am very happy to hand over more complex servicing to my LBS (forks, brakes, bearings) and know that it is in good hands.
Reasonable range of products and at a competitive price. The staff are just so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I never feel pressured by upselling or like there is a rush to get in and out if im just browsing.
Barry and Mark are always very helpful and give good advice on products IE tyres, chain oils etc.
