Great selection of products, and the service is 2nd to none. Conversations are always based on what you need, and not on what the shop is trying to sell. You could go in with a £5,000 budget expecting to spend it all, and after dealing with professional people who know the business inside and out, you could walk away with something a fraction of what you expected to pay.

I received excellent customer service
The service team were friendly and supportive from the off. They listened to what we required and met our service needs full, efficiently and at really good cost (which was a lovely surprise!). We met the mechanic personally and he was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about bikes, which is what you want in a mechanic. Communication was good throughout.
