Bought a couple of cube e-bikes last year, which had a couple of manufacturers faults, which were rectified pronto.

Also had a problem where the control panel on the top tube actually broke free where the little bolt pulled through the plastic,I done a running repair which was deemed to have breached the rules of the Bosch warranty but the workshop lads sorted out for me when I dropped the bikes in for service.

Also really competitive on price which I found anywhere, local or nationally.
Great service all round would definitely reccomend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You all were very help in advising which tryrestyres were best for my eMTB and fitted them straight away. It has made a huge difference!

I think the derailleurs might need re indexing as they clatter a bit bit but it shouldn’t be a problem to resolve.

Great service from these guys in store. From initial discussions with Fred about anything from bikes to surfing, and ordering the bikes from Pete who thoroughly explained the spec, sizing, accessories and ordering process. I had a small issue on collection which needed to go back to the workshop for adjustment, but Pete couldn’t have been more prompt and genuinely committed to resolving, 5 star service received. I was pleased to experience the same level of service in aftercare as I had with the initial sale. These guys certainly take a great deal of pride in the work they do. Thanks to the workshop and all who I’ve spoken to and have helped with my order. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in placing my trust again in Trek Bicycle Shrewsbury store, and particularly appreciate the support post sales. I’ll see you for the complimentary service in six months time. All the best.
