I visited this place after being disappointed in the trek dealer in Bangor who had no stock of trek bikes on display, the moment I walked into Mourne cycles i was gobsmacked at the range of trek bikes on display ,they had everything, along with the friendly knowledgeable staff, I purchased a fx2 ,this is going to be my go to place from now on, very happy
Michael found me the perfect bike. I explained what I wanted it for and he was able to tell me exactly which bike would be best for me. He ordered it and built it for me. Great service and quick too.
Great bunch of guys who always go the extra mile to sort out your bike problems and give advice. They will try and fit you in even when they are really busy. They have been life savers, and i would be hesitant to get my bike sorted anywhere else. They have a lot of bike knowledge. Being so close to where I live is also so handy. The shop has a friendly and relaxed, chilled atmosphere.
The service and knowledge of staff were fantastic. The bike and operation was fully explained and the handover was excellent. Totally recommend Cycles UK, top class.
