My son and I were visiting family in Shrewsbury and I’d contacted the shop about the possibility of my son joining the weekly MTB ride out in Shropshire in order to keep on top of his training. Maneth was extremely helpful and got my son all sorted with bike hire and there was constant communication before our arrival. When we got to the shop the bike had been prepared to spec and Pete and all the team were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made my son feel at home. They all went truly above and beyond for my son and he had an absolutely fab experience with them and the group of MTBrs. I can’t thank them enough and he’s already said he wants to join them again next time we’re back.
My delivery came very promptly. Unfortunately the shorts were too big but l had a query about the return form and got a reply back very quickly

Great range of products, knowledgable, kind and patient staff. We were instore for an hour deciding on which bike to buy in what colour and they made sure the bike fitted my son well and would be safe. There is space to try the bikes in the store and all the extras available like helmets and bottle holders. This isn’t our closest bike shop but I will be making the journey here in future just for the great customer service
