Traveled from central Scotland to pick up my first emtb. Staff are really friendly and ready to help. Alistair set up my bike and explained how everything worked. Would really recommend these guys at Big Bear Bikes.
A great selection of bikes in shop or on order. Alistair was extremely helpful in assisting with my recent purchase and Harry and the maintenance team did a great job on my bike service and lots of advice for home maintenance and using the app. Thanks

Incredibly quick and efficient service. I dropped off at 4pm Friday , my bike was ready the next morning confirmed by email and text. The quality of the work is also high.

We had an ongoing issue with a tyre repeatedly going completely flat after one or two short rides. It was checked by two bike shops but still the issue remained. We relocated to the area and the problem occurred yet again so before purchasing a new wheel altogether we had one last desperate attempt coming to Rides on air cycles. Lo and behold, they were so thorough and quick and professional and have finally fixed the issue!! Cannot recommend enough!
It’s been a great experience to buy my bike from your store! All staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained every single thing about the cycle to work scheme and helped me pick the right size and model for my bike .

Workshop is top notch whether it is a service, repair or upgrading parts.
Pricing is as fair as I have seen.
Most importantly, I like and trust the staff.
The service was quick and efficient, and I like that you get a text to say it's ready. I did find it difficult watching the owner tell an employee off for charging the wrong price.. Regardless of the circumstances,I don't think it's ever ok to dress an employee down in front of customers, felt very uncomfortable for me and I imagine for them
