I bought my bike from Trek Shrewsbury 3 years ago. Great customer service and they helped me choose a bike that I needed not what I wanted (did I really need an expensive Madone carbon road bike for my 20 mile commute to work or would the all round aluminium frame Domane with panniers be better for me? I opted for the Domane with mud guards and panniers, far more sensible). It went for a service in mid May. I was told it would be about two weeks.
After a week I got a message, the bike was ready. Nice and clean, bearings replaced, chain replaced, new bar tape, a couple of new brackets on the mud guards.
I can't fault the service. It's more expensive than some places, but you get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice.
It's ready for the next 3000 miles now.
