Was looking for a bike for my 11 year old son and was very impressed by the service and guidance from Oliver at Big Bear Bikes as i didnt know where to start as there was so much variety to choose from.
After deciding on the Trek Marlin 4 XS this was built,tested before collection i was also impressed by the after sales service as after 6 weeks you have the opportunity to recalibrate the bike at no extra charge and an in depth discussion on keeping your bike in tip top condition and the do,s and dont,s on maintenance.High recommend a visit of you are looking for a bike or accessories.

Really like the look and feel of the road/gravel bikes in particular; the fact that the bike (frame) is guaranteed for life and that Trek have a positive commitment to customer service is very attractive. Really enjoyed the experience of picking up my latest Trek bike at the Manchester store - Arwen was great at explaining everything and setting it up.
I really appreciate the personal service of a local business. The shop staff know my bike and I trust they have my interests at heart, I'm not just being sold stuff. The service is thorough and professional. Things are explained in ways that I can understand. Very happy.
