Really knowledgeable and very helpful. I wanted to look at some Gravel Bikes but had no idea what I wanted. They took me through all options. At no point did they push me into buying just helped me understand the options and what’s out there. Ended up buying a bike and I am really pleased. Would highly recommend.

Incredibly helpful over the phone, the store were kind enough to take an item to the post office on a Saturday so it could be sent sooner as it was a bank holiday weekend. It arrived in time, despite Royal mail not actually collecting it from the post office until Tuesday (undoing all your efforts unfortunately). I could not fault the service from your staff.
Nick was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was professional, polite, and went above and beyond to help me find the amflow emtb I was looking for, which are currently very difficult to source in the UK. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to help. I would highly recommend Beyond Bikes and will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent friendly service with quality bikes
Nothing was a hassle and was given honest answers. Was up sold the extra equipment needed for safety and security and was advised of servicing, importance of keeping the receipt for insurance or thief purposes. Was also introduced to my new bike and given a run down. I think the staff and sales team would however, benefit in a updated remodel of the working environment (overdue refit) and improved social media sales and marketing.
