My local Trek Bicycle Shop in Shrewsbury were brilliant with a recent repair to my eBike with the repair being completed within a few hours by their Top technician - Gaz.
Service in the store was fantastic. Had a problem with a broken spoke and the shop were able to fix it same day, so back on the road again very quickly.
The guys are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's obvious bikes are their passion and it's not just a job for them. They've helped me multiple times and even were looking up different bikes and options to what bike and where to buy from/schemes for my son who had outgrown his bike.

Trek bikes were extremely helpful in sourcing a part for my bike, which i needed the for an imminent trip abroad. Trek Manchester have always been extremely helpful and I will continue to use them for servicing and repairs.
I recently had my Hope front brake caliper upgraded from an E4 to a GR4 by Cookson Cycles.
The guys are really good at what they do and always provide a top-quality service that is both friendly and professional, which is why I continue to use them.
On the day my bike was booked in they were extremely busy and initially weren't sure whether they would be able to complete the work that day. However, only an hour or two after dropping the bike off I received an email confirming that the work was complete, which was excellent.
After collecting the bike the following day, I noticed that the brake pressure felt a little low. I took it back to them and they were very helpful, booking me in for the next available appointment within a week. They carried out a brake bleed and found that there was some air in the system.
Since then, the brake has felt really good and I'm very happy with the upgrade and the work carried out.
The service from Cookson Cycles is consistently friendly, professional and helpful, and they clearly take pride in getting things right. I would certainly recommend them and will continue to use them for work on my bike.
