Good facilities and clear signage throughout
The guys at Big Baer Bikes knocked it out of the park again! Everyone in the shop is a genuine cycling enthusiast. I’ve been using their service for a few years now and they’ve never let me down once. They’re always ready with great advice on maintenance, upgrades, gear, and keeping up with the latest bike tech.
Their customer service is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. Super friendly, polite, and they always keep you updated via phone or email. I honestly can’t imagine taking my bike anywhere else. I buy all my gear here and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!

You're a friendly and helpful shop and you are always served quickly. You are experts on bikes and identify problems and fix them. You are reasonably priced and fare. For everything thing to be perfect you need another dog!

They're everything you need them to be, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, they don't try to sell you something that's not suitable, they know their trade, they have a range of products to suit everyone, the bike i bought was at the lower end of the scale but still a quality build and just as important to the staff, i would recommend anyone to go there.
