The women's fundamentals MTB course was great. Emma is a very knowledgeable teacher. She was very patient with all of my questions and neurodiverse learning style. I felt like I learnt a lot. Lovely group of ladies and fun course, would definitely recommend to others.

I went to Trek Poole on a personal recommendation and I was very impressed, from the outset, with the level of expertise on offer from all the members of staff, the superb range of bikes on display and the welcoming and efficient manner with which I was assisted in my search for a new bike. I have been riding road bikes for well over 50 years and I am at the stage of needing a lighter hybrid bike with flat bars. I did some research, across all makes, beforehand but my visit to Trek Poole was the chief factor in making my final decision.
Suffice to say, after a couple of test runs I have purchased an FX Sport 6 and I am delighted to say that it is a joy to ride and suits my needs admirably.

Wonderful service ethos. Keep it up! It makes a big difference. I came in to find out about how often I should change the gunk in my tubeless tyres – not sure what to expect - within 20 minutes it had been done for me and I’d had a delicious coffee.

I had a good experience as soon as I walked into the shop.The staff are friendly and helpful.I bought an e-bike ( Whyte made s) and I also bought a range extender....Ziggy who dealt with me throughout the whole process was so good and chased things up with Bosch when there was a slight problem .He resolved it and fitted the tange extender which has given the bike more range .J also had a software update whilst in the shop and the power difference is fantastic...I can't thank the team at cycles uk enough for how they have made things go so smoothly for the whole purchase of everything...These guys are great ..
