Our carpets had been cleaned before but always left some stains. Zerorez was able to get out all of the stains - even those that had been around for a couple of years!

The service technician was very nice. He did a great job cleaning the carpet in our home and did a walk-through with us after he was finished to make sure that we were pleased with his work. We also liked that the carpet was not really wet after the cleaning and therefore didn't take long to dry.

Our carpeting is approximately 4 years old and has been well used by our family that includes two Golden Retrievers. Our sofa is approximately 5 years old and was also in need of a cleaning. The tech was very meticulous and his work resulted in a well-used sofa and carpeting looking brand new again. We are very pleased with the results, especially the carpeting: it's soft and feels brand new like the day it was installed. We'd definitely use zerorez again.

I want to say without a Doubt, your employee Aaron Cruz was by far, the most professional, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate man I have ever met! I was very impressed with him in every aspect of his job. If I could request him each and every time, I would! I was truly impressed with all he did that day. I don't often rave about people who have done work for me but this man was very genuine and impressive to me. I liked the aroma of the cleaning product. I thought perhaps the carpeting would have been drier, but think perhaps the Scotch Guard was what made it wetter at the end of the job. Your serviceman, Chris, was very conscientious and did a good job on the carpeting. I couldn't have asked for more. Was very impressed by the good job he did on my air ducts, too. I would certainly recommend him, and your company, for future use.
