My carpets look great. The 2 guys that came to do the work were polite and professional and did a wonderful job. They protected walls and other floors and brought fans to help with drying. They were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. I was very impressed with them and the results.

That you do not use soap for cleaning. The "empowered" water works well without soap residue.

We did some on-line research and read the recommendations. They all said "they made my carpets look like new" and we thought yeah - sure. However, when our carpets were cleaned and dried (and we have two very large, very black dogs) our 17 year old Berber carpets did look like they did when they were installed. You made us believers. We'll never have anyone else clean our carpets again. We also purchased the biocleaner, which works wonderfully, especially since one of the dogs bled on the carpets the day afterward and it cleaned up without a trace.

I have heard the ads on ESPN 1500 over the years and I was not really satisfied with previous carpet cleaning that was performed at our business; so I decided to give Zerorez a shot. From te beginning of the quoting process to the finished product I was extremely pleased.

Carpets came out very clean and fresh smelling.

Products cleaned the carpets daily usage of wear reallh well. We had a lot of dog urine and some feces spots anf the chemicals used to dissolve the smell worked very well. In addition, the spots were lightened immensely or disappeared as they had been in the carpet for a couple of months and a discoloration of the carpet was inevitable.
Chris, the service technician was awesome! We went through each room prior to cleaning to discuss and determine the best solution to the pet stains, stains, and normal wear of the carpet. Chris is very knowledgeable about the products, sensitive to customer questions and concerns and makes the intrusion of the carpet cleaning process almost invisible....
