Chemical-free process for carpet cleaning. Technician very attentive to limiting negative impacts on household (e.g. fabric barrier across front door to keep air/bugs/etc out while cleaning, took off his shoes right away when entering house, careful not to scrape walls with hoses when going around corners). Friendly, accomodating staff - honored our request for morning vs. afternoon timeframe. Thanks!

Carperts look great, Techs, very professional and helpful. Love the clean smell after done. Carperts dry in half the time as other cleaners. Nick and Ralph did a great job.

The technician that came out was friendly and explained things well. The carpet looked great and had a nice clean, pure smell. They did a great job on furniture as well, our sofa looks brand new. Thanks.

Not using soap to clean carpets. The freshness of carpets when cleaning is done. Very friendly employees.

My carpet not only looked clean and new but smelled clean. In the past, with different companies, the carpet had a damp and dirty smell after the cleaning. The service providers were very professional and hard working.

The carpet technician was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time and took his time cleaning the carpets until they were free from dirt in the traffic areas. There is no residue of any kind on the carpet - it's clean and it smells fresh!
