I really like the product and service. Very professional and did a great job with our pet stains.

I think they should ask about the stain protection application prior to cleaning the carpets instead of after. It would seem more though out instead of an after thought.
I did buy the stain remover, but of couse haven't tried it yet.
I think the cleaning job done was a good one, my heavy traffic area's even look good.

Booking was somewhat chaotic, but Steve Roslien, the technician, couldn't have been nicer. He was friendly, courteous, well-informed. He answered questions patiently, worked quickly but thoroughly, and was altogether pleasant to work with. As to the quality of the service, I can't say, as I still don't understand how just water, regardless of its pH, can remove dirt. And my carpet had no stains, so we couldn't see any difference. But it feels softer than when it was cleaned with a chemical soap. All in all, I am satisfied as I know that the carpeting HAS to be cleaner! Thank you very much.

Efficient, no residue left behind...I have three large dogs and seven year old carpet that looks like new thanks to regular cleanings by Zerorez. I wouldn't let any other company clean my carpets!

Excellent They got rid of pet smell. Im not sure about the home products like Spot remover and Stink.
