My master bedroom carpet had pet stains and marks from where furniture had been removed. Wasn't sure if I would have to re-carpet, but Zerorez did an excellent job. Friendliness of staff! The guys came in and reviewed what they would be doing, gave an estimate and were very efficient. When I asked if they could add another room, they made time and went over the extra costs and were very accommodating!
