This particular service for air duct cleaning, the service people were kind and respectful. Most importantly, the quote I was provided was the amount charged, not added fees other than when I asked to add on the dryer vents. Will use again

I had a problem with part of the cleaning, so I made a complaint and they came back to check it out. It turns out that it was partly due to wear on the area we walk many times a day on but the gentleman that came out did do that area again and did get it better, so they did their part.
Thank you!
