I liked the fact the rep went over what would be done before he started and added a small hall area since our king bed hadn’t been moved. I also like that he showed me how everything looked at the end, showing how well the stains came up.

Team arrived on time and informed us of pros and cons of two different ways of cleaning our sectional so we could make an informed decision. They did a great job getting everything cleaned. Unfortunately, the white area rug still showed some very minor traces of dirt, so we decided to replace it with a much darker colored rug. Very satisfied with the team, their professionalism and work.
