This time was for my mom's apartment on the third floor and Richie did a great job. He was also very kind and professional with my elderly mother. Very professional technician. Watch out however for switch and bait didn’t honor the price quoted for 3 rooms $119. Had to call and get it fixed after some debate they did the right thing.

The pricing is great for the standard room cleaning. The add-ons seem a bit expensive comparatively ($80 for an odor removal add-on for a $75 room cleaning). The employees are friendly and professional, and they are able to get the job done quickly.
