This was a recall from my previous carpet cleaning done last week due to 2 stains surfacing after drying. Jordan was the first and the return Zerorez employee to come to my home. Give Jordan credit he worked above and beyond to eliminate the issue. Results on the day following the return visit: Stain #1 (which I believe surfaced from a tiny stain that was on the carpet at the initial visit by Jordan). It is my understanding this was backflow from the original stain (might have the terminology incorrect). Note: the original stain was about 1/2" wide and the backflow was about 10" wide. Jordan worked diligently on this and it appears to be a success! Stain #2 ( appeared after the cleaning of the stairs). There was NO stain on the stairs prior to Jordan's initial visit. However, a large stain surfaced during drying on bottom step and it was uneven in shape, rather than a nice circular one. Even had what might be described as drop like splash stains around a larger one. Size about 12" irregular shape. Jordan worked hard and I'm not sure he was totally convinced it was removed. AND it is NOT. Also a new smaller stain appeared on a different step as the stairs began to dry . (they are still wet at end of day 2). These stains seriously look like something was dropped onto the stairs (out of his machine). I think we have given up on having zerorez try another trip. I might have to purchase some of these magic stain removers they advertise online and give it a spray. As a last resort, we will consider replacing the carpet on those steps with a leftover piece we have if we can find someone to do that inexpensively for us. I think Jordan gave it all he had. The sad thing is these steps did NOT have any stains when we started so the mystery continues and that is why I think it had to have been caused by something from the machine used to clean the stairs. There was rust on his truck so maybe there is rust in the machine as well. Thank you to Jordan.
