No chemical residue

I really liked on the Tech, Nick Kraemer took the time to explain each step. Both before and during the process. He was exceptionally courteous and mindful of my house full of cats (3) that are not allowed outside. I will definitely call Zerorez back, and will request Nick. I am very satisfied with the job done. One of my sons was also interested in how well it worked, so he came over to check it out and he also was very impressed. Good job.

Service guys were kind and informative. Carpet was very dirty and very impressed with how clean they were able to get it. We seriously were considering replacing the carpet but decided to give Zerorez a try, glad we did!

Hello, The experience from Zerorez was great. We called at the last minute in preparation for a party. Our carpets were in dire need of a professional cleaning. They did the entire house and all the carpets look great. We have a yello lab who lives in the house, there were soiled stains from where she lays on the carpets, all those are gone. Event the worn heavy traffic spots came up beautifully!

My only issue was the cost. I was quoted one price over the phone, with the final price being over double. I however neglected to mention one room (a small office)and I expected an additional price for this. However, there were lots of other charges that added up very quickly. I did agree to have a protective spray applied that brought the price up as well, but when that was applied to the cleaning fee it was over double from what I expected to pay. I'm thrilled with the result, but would have liked to be more informed as the technition realized the cost would be higher than originally quoted.

John the tech who came out was wonderful! Very professional and did a great job. He was very careful with our home and the hoses so the walls didn't get marked up. Overall a wonderful job and I'm very happy!

I loved the fresh lemon scent...I could smell it right away once they started. Very nice:) Both guys were very nice, explained how the process would go and then they were in and out in about an hour. 5 year old carpet looks brand new again!!! Im super happy with the results and have already told people about Zerorez.

I am very disapointed that they could/would not clean my couch and chair. The carpet looks nice, some traffic areas could use a little more.

The carpet looks like new and it's really 10 years old. Carpet dried very quickly. Staff were extremly friendly and professional.

Our carpets look amazing! I also appreciate the level of professionalism that was displayed throughout the entire process. The staff is definitely eager to please. The only suggestion that I would make however would be to ensure drying time is at the 6-8 hour time frame promised. Our carpets were cleaned from 4-6PM on eventing and were wet for the entire day following the cleaning. It was humid outside, so we kept the windows closed and alternated between the furnace and the air conditioning to get air movement in the house. We also ran five ceiling fans full speed and four floor fans. It was disheartening given that we have a family of 5 and a dog. It made for a great inconvenience. I think a very easy fix would be to bring dehumidifiers to client homes and keep them running for approximately 24-48 hours. This would be much appreciated by clients and would speed the drying process substantially. Overall though, our experience was a positive one. Thank you Zerorez.

Ken was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Our carpets look outstanding!

The tech showed up on site and was extremely courteous. He took the time to go over the entire process and to make sure we were comfortable. When they were setting up they took extra care to make sure they didn't scratch or mar anything. They used a guard to protect the corners of the walls from being scuffed and a door bracket to cover the doorway where the hose was running through. The carpets look like new again. We immediately recommended them to a friend and they were able to do his house the next day. I will be using zerorez in the fall again.

The technicians were great! They were very nice, knowledgeable, professional, polite, and respectful of my property. I will request them next time I call. I liked.. being able to purchase product on the spot to maintain my carpet after cleaning, and not being high-pressured for service add-ons.
