I like how quickly it dries. I learned how the "biological material" is cleaned from the deep down pad. I like there is no smell.

Both the crews we had out here were very pleasant to deal with and did the work swiftly and handled themselves well.

I thought the technician was professional and knowledgable. I liked that Zerorez did not use chemicals or soap to treat my carpets. I have pets and a child and I did not believe that my carpets would be able to get clean from all the stains that were in my carpet... the results were outstanding. I will definately use Zerorez from now on.

Thanks for the reminder!! I liked everything about the product and services. Steve Roslien was very informative and did a great job. I did notice however with the brochure on the Fiber protection it stated that I should have been given a product to use when a spill occurs which I never received. Thanks!!!!

Very pleasant chap came to do the job - Jaime. He was efficient, polite, hard-working, thorough, and did not do a hard sell on additional products. The outcome of the cleaning was also wonderful - the sofas look lovely. The price seems a tad high but based on the results, I am willing to admit you get what you pay for.
