I like the technology...not having soap build-up issues to deal with. I was appreciative of the scheduling flexibility, as my original Saturday appointment had to be postponed. I felt bad about the double-booking, for the guys that had to do all that extra driving. Aaron did a fantastic job, and answered all my questions, while keeping pace with the task at hand. He had a great balance of efficiency, and personable service. I was impressed with how quickly the carpets dried, and the lack of stains resurfacing. Although I think it is worth some extra money for a better quality service, I would like to see a better price in the future. Thanks for everything!
