Nick did a wonderful job, very nice guy, but needs to pull back on the up sells. I think their were a total of 9 and it really got a tad irritating.

The personal attention from the fellows that came out. They had a very busy day, and were so nice, respectful, courteous. Carpet looks great!! They explained why where the carpet meets tile get the brunt of the wear, complimented us on the carpet too.

No chemical cleaning. The customer service was excellent, the guys were polite and patient (they worked with and around a dog and a 4 and 2 year old). The crew asked about the stains and were able to get out things I had not been able to. They put extra effort into a hard stain and got it out.

Dave was wonderful, helpful and very kind and did extra work, if you ask me. Just a wonderful person. I wish him the best a very hard worker. I had Zerorez last year and I don't think the worker was as good. I like Dave.

You provide the best carpet cleaning products and services I've ever encountered. Your commitment to the customer is evident in how you answer the phone, send a reminder, send complete information on how the customer should prepare for their appt, etc. Then, your technicians call before they arrive, provide fantastic service by assessing each situation and fully explaining what they plan to do and how much it will cost. Follow up is done with an emailed receipt, thank you and satisfaction survey. A++++

Eco-conscious/health-conscious, effective, and cost-efficient service; knowledgeable and professional carpet care specialists. Products did not have a harsh chemical scent. Carpet dried relatively quickly - we could walk on it almost immediately after it was cleaned.

Was able to schedule pretty quickly. Felt that Dave (I believe was his name) was very knowledgeable and set my mind at ease as to what issues I might have (had some potential cat spray issues). We were lucky in that we didn't find anything major in the carpet.

Result of the cleaning was great and I will definitely use zerorez again.

I like the fact that you don't use harmful chemicals to clean the carpet. At least that is my impression of Zerorez. The customer service was prompt and friendly, which is always appreciated.

I like the fact that there is no soapy residue left in my carpet.

Due to my son who has asthma, I like the fact there are no chemicals used. After the cleaning, the house smelled amazing - like citrus.

The steps that I had cleaned look great, as do the other cleaned areas. Best part was that I didn't have to do it myself and it took less than 1 hour.

David Krispin was our Technician. He was very professional. He covered everything with me ahead of time so there were no surprises at the end. He was able to get stains out that the last company we used could not. I have already recommended David & Zerorez to my family & friends. Great Job!

The technician was efficient and professional. He was in and out in little or no time and did an excellent job. The carpet looks like the day I installed it 4 years ago. I have already recommended Zerorez to family, friends and coworkers. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Tyler was great! He explained everything really well so I knew what to expect. He was very knowledgable about the products being used and what happens when you use over-the-counter cleaners. I am having you come back to do my basement and will definitely refer you to others!

I like that there are no chemicals involved since my child will be crawling on these floors and is highly sensitive to everything!
