My carpets look new after being cleaned by Zerorez! No chemical smell or soap residue to worry about. The guys that came out were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took all the care in protecting my furniture when they used foot protectors under my chair and sofa. They even touched up areas that they didn’t have to do; that was very nice of them. 1st time we've used Zerorez and we couldn't be happier with the results. The house smells naturally clean (not "chemically" clean) and spots were removed on the stairs that I thought would never come out. The staff who cleaned were very efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made very good recommendations for our pet odor problem.
