Friendly service, explained in detail the products and fees. Carpet looks great! We had a coffee stain (approx 2 years old - same age as the carpet) on our new carpet that was such an eye sore, we couldn't get it out. Zerorez got it out!! I would recommend to everyone!!

The deep clean was amazing, the smell is still fresh, I can't believe what the empowered water sucked up. It was costly, but our pet stains were very bad, on top and deep down. Princess is doing great now that the stains are gone, we have our good dog back again! We will have zero rez back soon.

I had Zerorez come out to clean my carpets this past week. The guys were extremely thorough. I had hired a different company to clean my vents. Chris one of the guys who was cleaning my carpets asked why I didn't have Zerorez do the vents. I told him that I wanted to stay local. He offered to clean my vents that very day and assured me that they would be done thoroughly. I told him that I have heard that "carpet companies" don't do as thorough of a job. Chris convinced me to let them do the vents. It was very convenient for me to have them do it. Zerorez was amazing! The attention to detail was amazing and in all the years I have had my vents cleaned no other company had done a more through job! I would and have recommended Zerorez. I have found the company that I will always have my vents and carpets cleaned by. Do not hesitate to use Zerorez!

No harsh chemicals are used. Very knowledgeable, friendly gentleman that did the work. Carpets look great. He was even able to remove some very old red nail polish from one of the carpets!!

I like the idea of no soap and you also do noy soak the carpets all the way down to the pad.But,They were still able to clean it well
