I like that the products are just water. There isn't any chemicals being used in my house. It is safe for my family and pets.
Loved that it's chemical free, the men here were so nice and moved the very large furniture pieces that I could not move and they took care with the house and furniture. Fast and I even let them do the Scotch guard cover on our stairs to protect them better. The carpets are so nice and clean and we will definitely refer you and already have actually! Thanks again! We'll have you back out next year!

definitely the zero residue, and now that I've had a follow up visit for two problem ares, for your customer service as well. Both technicians who came out were excellent--and I had some major issues left over from a previous cleaning company.
Even the stains that I thought would not come out did. The service was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the timing of the service, but we received a discount and the rep was very helpful.
