everything. note set up for all cpt clean, kitchen tile AND 4 baths floor/tile. UNFORTUNATELY, grest kids sent indicated that the 'guy'& technology for the baths was needed to accomplish this. Er, what was the scheduling issue on your end here?? Or what did not you understand about this time-sensiteve-to-accomplish-the-task need....?

Most of all, I liked that Zerorez did exactly what they said they were going to do. For instance, I received a confirmation email after I booked the date, I received a confirmation call a day or two ahead of the scheduled time AND I received a call when they were about 20 minutes away. These things are very important to me. Both of the guys here Rey and Jessie (I am pretty sure that was his name) were great, very knowledgable, efficient and respectful of our property. Rey explained how the process works, they used edge protectors, they wore the blue booties and I loved the shield they put on our front door where the hoses came in. I'd also like to add the fact that many carpet cleaning procedures leave the carpet "crunchy" after it dries, not so with Zerorez. Just a great experience - I would highly recommend Zerorez!

I wasn't there when the cleaning happened but when I came home my house smelled like new carpet. Not the baby powder smell that usually happens with the pet deodorizer. Spots were gone, smells were gone and it didn't take very long to dry. Usually have Stanley Steamer, not anymore.
