The first thing I noticed was the amazing citrus smell! My whole house smells so fresh and clean! Also, Tyler was very friendly and professional. He explained so much to me about carpet cleaning that I never knew! He did an incredible job! I was at the point of tearing out the carpet and getting new carpet, but Tyler made it look like brand new! I was shocked at how clean it was! I had gotten other carpet cleaners in my home, but the results were never this amazing!

We highly rate them BOTH. The carpet looked like new! Roman Mikheev was very knowlegable. He explained everything without being pushy to have anything extra done. He made sure we were satisfied before he left. My husband wants him back some time to do the heat ducts. I would like to have my tyle floors done too! Wonderful product. So happy you could make the trip way out here.

The cleaning of the carpets were great. We were disapointed in the time of service. We had a 10-1 window, we had to call at 12;45 wondering where the service was. We then got a call asking if 1:30 would be OK, after waiting around for the service.

Aaron & Mike were very prfessional at doing the best job possible...they were willing & able. I like, too, that they didn't try increasing the original agreed upon price like a previous company that I had hired a couple of years ago. I much prefer honesty and trustworthiness! Everything! Customer service was very accommodating with scheduling. My service tech Steve was fantastic! He arrived on time, carried in my very heavy rug and never complained when he had to move it a couple of times - only because he was so nice to move my heavy couches to clean under them!!! I can't help due to physical limitations and I was absolutely thrilled this was done. Steve explained each step as he went, and best of all my carpets are clean and look great! No leftover smell is a definite bonus. Steve is very personable and professional, which turned the drudgery of the task into a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

We've had Zerorez clean our carpets for the last couple of years and have nothing but nice things to say about you! The employees always show up on time to clean, always discuss my options for the cleaning and don't try to sell me anything I don't need. We are a very satisfied customer!!

I gave Zerorez some serious carpet cleaning challenges and my expectations for success were pretty low. Our high use stair areas look like brand new following cleaning as does the dining room carpet. Our biggest challenge was graphite from a reclining chair mechanism that had left 2- 4inch marks under the chair. I knew that my cleaning graphite is an invitation to disaster from past experience! Our cleaning professional was able to remove both stains perfectly! This was worth the whole cleaning fee in my mind.
I would recommend and will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

Joel the tech did a fabulous job. I like the no chemical use and the pretreat citrus spray. It seems the best carpet cleaning I have had and will see if the dirt stays away longer. Meaning no soap residue so no dirt can cling.

Service team arrived on time. Team leader (Matt) asked what results we were expecting from the carpet cleaning service? He was told a carpet appearance upgrade on a 20 year old carpet. He then explained how the system works and pointed out what stains he could or might not be able to get out of the carpet. The team was polite and efficient. We are pleased with the results and will use the service in another family members home.

The protectors placed on corners, the entry door cover and Mason is a very hard worker who took the extra time to get stains out. This is the cleanest our carpet and especially stairs have ever looked!

I've only had the carpet cleaning. Has always turned out great, with the exception of this time. I have 2 urine spots that did not come out which I was told may not. I did email customer service but have not heard back. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was great.
