The cleaning was exceptional and dried quickly. My only comment is that I don't think we should have been charged for a hallway ($50) for an area that is about 3' X 2'. Seriously, only 2 steps from the bedroom to the bathroom. But the work was very good.
Chris came with an honest opinion of our carpet. We have a cat pee issue and the cleaning was only to try to get us through a couple of open houses before pulling out the carpet to be cleaned. He wouldn't do a standard clean on the carpet as it would only make our issue worse, and we weren't ready to spend the extra to clean a carpet we'll only have for 3 more weeks. We really appreciated the honest feedback an did purchase two bottles of product to help us through the smell for the next couple of weeks.

My serviceman Moe was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and considerate. He explained very thoroughly what he was going to do as well as what he thought I should consider doing. He did upsell me on some things but it felt more like a sincere need or suggestion than a cold hard upsell.
