Our carpets look wonderful - didn't think they would turn out as well given their age & the traffic we have over them. And they smelled great - very fresh. The carpet cleaning and the tile cleaning were both great. We took before and after pictures and still cannot believe the difference. The carpet cleaning is a great deal. We plan to keep it up on a regular basis. The tile cleaning made the tile and grout look almost new but it is very expensive. If you can afford the tile cleaning I recommend it. Just maybe not on a regular basis.

Not only was the tech able to explain everything to us clearly and understandably, but we were allowed to choose the best option for our home from many. I also like that the products are kid and pet friendly and the house smelled great with a notable improvement in the air quality.

I was so impressed with the quality of service that Zerorez provided that I will recommend your company to everyone I know. One thing that impressed me was how clean my carpets were without the stiff soapness that other carpet cleaners or machines leave behind. I had some red stains from soda that my carpet cleaner could not get out but Jon Wiedel, my technician, said those would be no problem to get out. He was right! They came out completely without any damage to my carpet. In fact you would never know that they were ever there.
