I had several confirmations to keep me up to date and it was really appreciated so we could plan. Also, Juan, the fellow who cleaned our carpets was knowledgeable, caring, and gave us good information on our present carpets and could answer questions on carpets we might want to purchase in the future. You were recommended to us by Home Depot when they came over to re-stretch our carpet, and said that your way of cleaning would help us in not having to have it restretched again. We are very glad we called you, and with you being available 7 days a week, it's easy to make a time work for both you and the customer.

I felt that the technitians who came to my home were knowledgable and honest about their work. They informed me that the spots in my shower were not mold/mildew but holes in the grout. They could have gone ahead with the cleaning and charged me, but, instead they honestly told me that Zerorez service wouldn't be able to fix it. The guys were personable, quick and knowledgable!

They gave me a quote over the phone and it was comparable to other companies we've used in the past only less chemicals/dry faster. They called me back to let me know they were running behind and the tech would call and let me know when he was coming. He appologized for the delay and told me he would give me the same attention that he gave his previous customer and he did. He explained everything he was going to do. That you do not use soaps and my carpets are clean when you leave.

Our carpets had been cleaned before but always left some stains. Zerorez was able to get out all of the stains - even those that had been around for a couple of years!

Service was excellent and professional. Was very satisfied with the results. Was the second time I've had them clean carpets at my house, and I will hire them again.

RJ came out to our house and did a great job.he did 5 rooms in our house.our livingroom was so bad with dog stains that we both had to sit and think what would be the best way to treat the carpet.RJ was great he had an idea and it worked.we have no smell of dog peee anywhere.thank you.we have told a bunch of people about your service and they said they will be booking a cleaning.our carpet is 11 yrs old and has gone through 3 puppies and it looks like new now thank you zerorez.

The service technician was very nice. He did a great job cleaning the carpet in our home and did a walk-through with us after he was finished to make sure that we were pleased with his work. We also liked that the carpet was not really wet after the cleaning and therefore didn't take long to dry.

Our carpeting is approximately 4 years old and has been well used by our family that includes two Golden Retrievers. Our sofa is approximately 5 years old and was also in need of a cleaning. The tech was very meticulous and his work resulted in a well-used sofa and carpeting looking brand new again. We are very pleased with the results, especially the carpeting: it's soft and feels brand new like the day it was installed. We'd definitely use zerorez again.
