The results surpassed my expectations. The carpeting on the stairs was very dirty from foot traffic, but looks great again. The big surprise though was how clean my tile and grout is after being cleaned by Zerorez. I figured it would be noticeably cleaner, but the tile and grout truly looks brand new. Love the results!

Tony our representative was great to work with. He was early, answered all our questions, and did a fabulous job on our carpets. We love the Sat availability and have a pet so were excited to have a process used that didn't leave chemicals in the carpet . The tech who came out was very very nice! Did a great job. He cleaned the carpets while I was out talking with the neighbors.

It has been six weeks since I had my living room carpet cleaned. I still looks clean. You know how other cleaning processes last about a month and you tell yourself that 'it was cleaned so I guess the carpet is wearing out.' Zerorez has left the carpet soft and clean. I would use them again.

I've used Zerorez twice now and am very satisfied with the whole process from scheduling to completion. Easy to schedule, especially on a weekend. Technicians are very efficient and friendly. This appt. they were even early! My carpets appear to be very clean, spots are gone.

Matt ( init. consult) was dressed professionally with black shirt and red tie and instilled confidence that the techs would get the stains out and the carpet clean. Ryan and and Andre(?)had good attitudes, worked hard, had professional uniforms, and got the stains out and the carpet clean. Price seemed fair. Will definitely call Zerorez again.

I have never used you before. And they guys did a great job the carpet was fresh and clean. There was very little water left over, it was dry with-in the day. The service tech that came to the house was incredibly informant. I was completely informed of every part of the process before they started and knew what to expect when he was done.
