Our carpets never looked so clean. This is the first time our stairs have actually looked new. We've had other carpet cleaning companies out and they never got them that clean. Chris was excellent. He even got out a few stains that other companies said were impossible to do. A really nice guy, worked so hard and he did a great job. Will definitely will have you come out when it's time to have the carpets clean again.

I liked the tech that did the job as he was very pleasant, thorough, and took the time to describe what he needed to do to clean it properly, which was especially important in my situation because I was not able to be present during the cleaning. I also liked how the majority of my carpet turned out when he was finished.

The professionalism and knowledge of the serviceman was unsurpassed. He knelt down and examined the fibers of the questionable area and took care of everything. The carpet looks great. He consulted with the upholstery specialist over the phone and even managed to clean the dog's oils off her favorite spot along side the couch.
