The two men were very polite. They explained everything and were done in 30 minutes. I appreciate that they did not try to sell me anything more than what I ordered on the phone.
I was amazed by my whole experince. Ths guys that came to the house were professionals by every every since of the word. I considered my carpet trashed and when they were done and walked me through the house I was lost for words. The carpet almost looks new and for a carpet that is more than 10 years old what can I say; I am extremely happy. Even the traffic areas looked great. i started bragging to everyone about what a great job your guys did with the carpet. And let me tell you, the price was well worth it, a fraction of new carpet.

Ashlee and Steve were great!! We have older carpet that came with the house and we had another company clean it a few years back and I think it got worse after they cleaned it. Now after Zerorez I cant believe how fantastic the carpet looks and we have two teenage boys that share a room and their room turned out amazing! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know! Very happy with the work they did.
