Zerorez has cleaned our carpets four times. We have had different technicians each time and they have been prompt, professional and courteous leaving us pleased with how clean Zerorez gets our carpets. No soap
We are working on this now. Had a big job done. Paid over $2,500, floors and carpeting. Ceramic tile grout was cleaned. Result was fair only. Had guys come back to fix. Also left "window frame" film on tile. Looks better now. Also some stains did not come out first time but did second time. Was a little surprised this was not noticed first time. Was told it would look ok after it dries. Did not. Wood floor finish looks patchy. Are coming back next week. We will see.

Floor was left soaking wet to where we had to change socks after walking down the hallway. We wrung them out- it was that bad. Not happy.

I am a repeat customer and I absolutely loved the 1st service we got and how clean our carpet was after the 1st treatment. However, the last service we got kind of left a sour taste in my mouth and I am disappointed due to a cost issue. When I called to schedule the appointment, the lady looked me up by my name and asked me if I was getting the same areas treated which included the living room, and 2 rooms plus a hallway. I said yes, and she then told me that you still have a special so she said it would be $109 for the same area. I went ahead and set up the appointment for the next day but was surprised when the serviceman told us it will be $139. After going back and forth about what I was quoted and how it's kind of ridiculous that we're getting the same areas treated and why the price changed, he kept explaining that he's a cool guy and that he's just giving us the correct price and that 3 rooms and a hallway really costs that much.
I understood what he was saying but I just felt like I was not heard nor was there any attempt to truly understand what I was trying to explain. Honestly, it's not about the money but more like a principle, coz I just felt like there was a disconnect somewhere. I just don't understand why I got charged a higher rate for the same areas I had treated before. Granted, maybe the 1st serviceman we had was the one who broke the rules and charged us too little, I would never know. The last serviceman we got told me he will let his supervisor know about the incident but I haven't really heard anything more about it after. A good thing he did at least though was to waive the gasoline fee which we didnt ask for but I appreciate that he offered that.
I really liked the way Zerorez cleans our carpet and I will no doubt still use the company for our carpet cleaning next time, but I just want to let you know that I will always have this reservation now in regards to prices quoted and how much it will actually cost, and I will of course share this experience as well if someone like a friend should ask. It is just disappointing that something like this happened when prior to this incident, I had nothing but good things to say about Zerorez even if the fee is more expensive than our old carpet cleaner.

The products worked. The service tech Danny was professional in a friendly manner. He was on time and well groomed. I have not stopped smiling at the carpet. The other companies that I used in the past never had the carpeting look any where as clean as they do today.. Great job! Best of all NO RESIDUE. I would recommend your company.
