Friendly tech. Carpet dries fast. I upgraded my service to the scotch guard protection. I hope it works.
I wished that I had asked the technician to go over the high traffic area one more time. I think that there was some dirt left in the carpet that could have been taken out. The high traffic area was pretreated, but I think that one more time or one more rinse would have made a difference. It wouldn't have taken more than 3 extra minutes. I also noticed that the edges of the carpet, between the tiled area and the carpeted area were still dirty. Extra care needed to be taken at the edges of the carpet.

We have used Zerorez several times. The people are always courteous, know their product, are on time and always do a good job. We only had one issue. Carpet to be pretty pristine. I only have carpet on mt stairs and bedroom,
and I am so careful I ware flip flops that are for interior of house only and

I like that they leave zero residue and kill germs AND this is the first time I have used you and my sofa and area rug are cleaner than when they were brand new! Others I have used I can still "smell" something when they are finished but with Zerorez just FRESH smell! Love it! Also Andre couldn't have been more professional or efficient. He did such a great job.
I have heard good things about Zerorez and thought I should try them. My carpets look great,no residue or crunch left on my carpets, I would not go anywhere else. Your representative was informative about the product, very efficient and pleasant, he got the job done and was his way. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone, they'll make your carpet feel and look brand new again.

The rep who cleaned the carpet saved the day for your service. The phone person could not have been less interested in what she was doing. Didn't note that we were on the 5th floor, that we had wool carpet, nor could she answer any questions about the service.
