The name says it all. Zero residue. The carpet is clean and soft, not crunchy.
I do like your company for its professionalism and usually great cleaning. This recent cleaning, however, did not meet with my expectations. The carpeting doesn't look much different from before the cleaning. I'm sure Zerorez will rectify the situation, that is why I'm rating it a 10 and will continue to recommend Zerorez.

Very impressed!!! Heard about company many times but after finally using ( and my carpets were terrible with 3 18 year olds), my carpets look great. Will definitely use again. The technician was quick, courteous, and very accommodating.
Easy process and tremendous results. We were unsure of Zerorez so we did a small area or our house, after seeing the results we will be doing the entire house.

Carpet was cleaned thoroughly, dried quickly, seems to be keeping up well so far. Had a slight mis-communication between the technician that initially quoted the work, and the tech that performed it. We worked out a fair resolution and the work was completed to my satisfaction.
