The two men were in and out of here quickly and did a very good job. There was a short drying time compared to other companies.

Jason was friendly, professional and quick. He was there early, but called first to make sure it was ok. He talked to me about other services like grout cleaning, but wasn't pushy or aggressive about it, which I appreciated. I will definitely use you again

Apply the stain guard with more & care to thoroughly cover the area.

The Technician, Roy had no real idea of what he was going to have to do. He made numerous calls to the office. We had requested Duct Cleaning and Tile Cleaning. He did not have a tall enough ladder to take care of the ceiling vents in the living room and one bedroom, so we let him use ours. He also did not drill bits required to undo the vents, again we lent him one of ours. Please note, he was very polite and did a good job. He should have taken care of his calls and finding out what his job was going to be BEFORE walking into our home. This action would have added to the company's professionalism.

It does a good job with carpeting, but we had the marble tile cleaned and it was a little disappointing. I have never had you do a mediocre job, but this time, the grout is still dirty. PLease contact me so we can discuss this further.

smells clean, no chemical smell

Carpets, tile, grout, all came out very clean, as promised.

service tech was great. (Jan) although you don't ask, what I don't like is your pricing. I doubt I will use you again 5 rooms that we have to clear and pre do vacuum etc costing $350 ish is way too much. Tech was here less than 2 hours. That equals 175 an hour. Plumbers don't charge that much and their knowledge and personal investment in tools and van and licensing is at least equal...........so probably never again

I've used Zerorez here in Las Vegas and also in Santa Fe, NM. The service has always been professional, thorough, and courteous - - and the prices are very competitive. Roy, the service man who came out was ON TIME and very courteous. Work was completed in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

Friendly knowledgeable staff

I thought some of the spots that were dirt and not from animal would have come cleaner. Area rugs that were extra are OK. I am not sure I would use service again as it is quite expensive. $99.00 plus small hallway and 2 area rugs turned into $189.00 To much money for me

Anthony was very efficient. He arrived on time. He was neat and clean while working. He was careful around furniture etc. Best give him a raise..I was sorry I failed to offer him water or a coke when he finished...
