Nothing really. It seems that your product works better on newer carpets with less stains.
Your tech said we didn't have stains but the fibers were old and broken up. We had some other company come out before you and they got many of the stains out, of course this required soap and other sprays, which your company doesn't have. Good luck with your product.

My carpets didn't come clean. They look the exact same as before the service. The bottoms of our socks are still getting dirty and after two days, the dog smell (not urin or feces- just oil, dirt, and slobber) has come back. Our carpets were last cleaned on Feb 1 by Silver State. It cost about $100 more than what we paid zerorez, but they were actually clean when they finished. We have two large dogs and three small kids, who have a lot of little friends, and our carpets get pretty dirty pretty fast. But we haven't let the dogs on the carpet since zerorez cleaned and we don't wear our shoes in the house. I feel this was a complete waste of $200. I would rather pay $300 next time and have the job actually get done. I won't be recommending or using this service again.

The steam and no soap
I like the product ,the service was very good and i like the way the carpet does not take a long time to dry. Brandon did a great job,only drawback i think the price for the treatment is a little high.
The technician was prompt, polite and in uniform. He did an excellent job and was careful not to leave any sort of a mess for me to clean up after. Other times I have had carpets cleaned by other companies, the carpets looked good until they were dry, then you could see the traffic patterns were again obvious. This is not the case with zerorez.
Unfortunately my carpet looked great for a week or so. After spending over $350.00 for a cleaning and stain removal I expected the carpet to look good for more than a week. A cleaning priced at $65.00 last year looked the same. I was very disappointed at the results and feel the amount charged was way out of line for the results.
