In and out in a timely manner, very polite personnel, did a few "extras", and the carpets look & feel clean.
Stains I could have gotten out with a different product were not removed from the carpet.

Your technician was very nice and answered our questions--however, while your system seemed good, an hour to clean our carpets seemed to short--also we had a dirty part of the carpet from the kichten to the master bedroom plus a spot in front of the closet--while they are better it appears they will come back--

I was very pleased with the service; however, many of the people I would refer to are more budget conscious. It's been awhile since I have had carpet cleaning service so I may be a bit out of touch, but I thought it was a bit expensive. Keeping in mind I do have stairs in the house.
Excellent service. Product dries so much faster than other traditional shampooing and seems to stay cleaner, longer.

It seemed as though the technician was in a hurry to get done as we were his last house of the day. He was done in like 20 mins and I can't even thoroughly vacuum the area he cleaned in 20 mins. I just feel like the attention to detail was not there and that the carpets were probably not cleaned as well as they could have been.
You advertise that the carpets will feel softer with your patented water formula, after the cleaning my carpets went back to feeling hard again. When I called your office I was told that due to previous carpet cleanings with detergent it may take a couple of cleanings before I will feel the difference. Why would I use your service again if I didn't get the results I expected the first time.

I loved the fact that the carpet was soft & not that crunchy feeling after it dried. My carpets came out beautiful!!! :) I was very pleased with the service, technician & the end results of my carpet. I will definitely use Zerorez again...

Compared to other cleaners Zerorez is expensive, so I expected better results. The technician had to come back the very next day to redo my bedroom. When they got to my house the senior technician felt my dining room rugs were too wet from the original job done 24 hour prior. He warned that it could cause mildew. He recommended that while he was in my home that they sop up some of the water by redoing my rug. We didn't want that as we were expecting company for dinner.(the table was set)He said it wouldn't be a problem....but it was a problem because my guests had to step on the wet carpet.....Guess what??? stains plus the original stains reappeared. The technicians were courteous. But my dining room rug doesn't look any better. I think Zerorez should redo them, but I didn't want to complain again.
