Many of the chairs needed a much better cleaning, we had to have the tech re-do several of them. Some of the chairs have upholstered arms and they didn't come very clean at all. He appeared to be in too big of a hurry. Granted we had about 52 chairs and it took 4 hours rather than the 2 we were quoted but we expected that. I think he just should have taken more time to do a more thorough job.

I liked the $99 for three rooms, but pricing goes WAY up after that point! It wouldn't have been such a shock if the person on the phone could have given me a little more info on pricing. While it's early (carpet still drying in most heavily treated area) it appears that ZeroRez may have been able to save carpet we thought would have to be replaced due to previous owner pet damage. We didn't think this possible.
