The chemicals that were used did not leave an after odor. The technican was knowledgable, efficient and professional.
Many people are too cheap, so I won't recommend your service to them. They can call the signs on the phone poles.
1) DEBRIS LEFT BEHIND: Excessive debris from carpet cleaning job (dirt, animal hair, dust) was left by service technician laying in piles in the parking lot outside our condo. It should have been swept off and taken to the dumpster prior to him leaving;
2) RUG SMELLS NOW: The rug did not smell before, except for a slight odor and only in one section of one room where we suspected the dog threw up, otherwise there was no pet urine/vomit smells anywhere in the condo. Now, the entire rug has a a faint, unpleasant, oder, despite the fact that we've kept the unit well ventilated nearly24/7 since the cleaning.
3) TIP OPTION: I wanted to leave a TIP using the same credit same card transaction I did to pay for the carpet cleaning, but by the time the slip came to me to sign, it had already been closed out and I was unable to tip, as I had no 'paper money.

Anthony, the Technician, is knowledgable, thorough in explaining the process and what to expect and has a relaxed and kind demeanor/personality. The overall result of the work was truly commendable. I have been telling my wife repeatedly how amazing is the carpet cleaning Zerorez have done. We are very happy, indeed!

Pleasant technician! Quick drying and uberclean white carpet! Best results in twelve years that we have had the white carpet throughout our home. Orange peale fraugence nice!
Didn't explain lack of furniture moving as part of their service. Carpet doesn't seem any better even though its probably at least a little cleaner than before - only half the carpet since no furniture was moved.

Although it has been only 24 hours since utilizing your service I was very pleased with the professionalism and genuine eagerness to please as evidenced by your employee, Brandon. He is a valuable asset for your company. I am confident that the result of your treatment to my carpets will prove excellent but only time will tell that! I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and was sorely disappointed when spots returned in a relatively short time. Brandon assured me that would not be the case woth Zerorez.
The cleaning was done well and I'm very satisfied with how the carpets look. The service tech could have a little more accommodating. He did his job, but didn't really offer to do anything beyond his basic job. Specifically, I forgot to mention the closet in the bedroom, and he did not clean it or ask me if there was a closet. That should have been included, as it was last time. Also, there were two carpet mats, matching the carpet, by two chairs in another room. He did not clean them until I asked him. Again, he could have done a little extra. Other than that, it was good and would have been rated a 10, if the above had been done.
