Service: I like the call to confirm the appointment, the call from the serviceman (Bobby, in my case) that he will be arriving, the friendly manner with which I was treated, the cleanliness and efficiency with which the service is provided, the quick clean-up.
Product: I like the effectiveness of the cleaning, the lack of smell or chemical residue, the quickness with which the carpet dries.

I like that the carpets do not get dirty as fast as other carpet cleaners. I also like that the technicians are very professional and thorough. My technician forgot the Master bedroom closet, however.

good quality cleaning
I called you to clean our carpets because I can't stand it when other companies have their technicians act as salesmen and try to sell you other services. That is what Dave did yesterday. He tried to sell me on stain guard and special cleaners for pets and deep cleaning and quite frankly, I found it upsetting. He is a very nice guy and when I told him I was not interested in purchasing other services after spending over $600 to clean my carpets in this economy, he stopped with the pitch. Other than that, he did a great job cleaning carpets from what I have been able to tell so far.
Lower your prices.
We like your products and services because they seem to clean the carpet better than others we have used in the past. However, after the technician left on Thursday, February 3rd, we found it harder than usual to clean the mess that was made on the tile pathways at the edge of the carpet. There has always been spillover on the tile but this time it was more than ever before.
Bigger, more powerful equipment, truck mounted, lasts longer - Yeah Yeah, but I guess I have to ask - Does it last twice as long, becuase you came in exactly twice as expensive as another very well known service with truck mounted units.
Courteous technician who had knowledge of the various rug fibers and products. The carpets and area rugs looked clean and bright when finished.

This year I liked the service. David is a great guy and knowes what he is doing. last year the service was terrible. By the way your product is the best.
The first two rooms that the technician cleaned came out great but while cleaning the front room there was an eqiupment issue, although he finished shortly after he said he reolved the issue that was the only room that still appeared unfinished and had a strong odor of wet, dirty carpet. When I tried to inquire about the extreme differences he became very defensive and condescending, not to mention not very helpful and did not offer any helpful suggestions whether it was it my expense or not.
you are not accessable after 5pm on friday. you had the wrong address for me and i tried, and tried to call you to advise and was not able to. so the tech went to the wrong address, luckily he was able to reach me.
Cleaned very nicely
we have used zerorez before but for some reason, this time the carpets did not come as clean as usual..
We had arranged for the three room special. The home involved is a small one in a "senior community". Three rooms were cleaned but we were charged an additional 50% over the special price. Then on top of that, an additional and separate charge was added to deal with sub floor soap removal. Our $99 special ended up costing us $246.
We like that there wasn't a perfumy or chemical smell after the service - our house smelled faintly of oranges, which we love, but that's it. We hadn't had our beige Berber carpets cleaned in nearly 6 years. We were just going to rip them out and put something else in, so we didn't take care of them at all. Zerorez made them look brand new, even took out a stain Stanley Steemer told us was permanent. So, we've left the carpet in and saved a few thousand dollars, awesome!! Love this service, we would use again without question.
