The tech left a chemical and water stain on my outdoor rug. The irony of having a carpet cleaning company leave a rug worse than when they arrived.

I've used you about a year ago and carpets and sofa came out amazing with pee stains. This time around had throw up stains not come out as they still remain noticeable. I am aware of no guarantees but definitely a difference in the two experiences. Not sure if you changed products or was it the training of your service people.

This was the second time we used Zero Rez Las Vegas. Our service rep's name was Zach. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and the procedures up front and also gave us different options we had available for service. He was fast and efficient and very careful around the baseboards and wall corners. Zack a had a pleasant and outgoing personality and we enjoyed his work and the job he did. When we need more service, we will diffidently request Zack to do the job.

The price was way too high. I negotiated the price but to me it was still too high. You claim that your Shampooer do not leave the carpet wet but my rugs were wet and curled up.
Your employees seem to go above and beyond normal customer expectations and service.
This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Excellent job removing a stain from a performance suede headboard. Extremely pleased!
I paid for an upholstered chair and one side on top was missed. Courteous worker.
Residue left on the carpet, our soft new carpet was crunchy and the main stain that prompted me to get the carpet cleaned was lighter but results were not as I hoped. In my other room, I was also surprised that the carpet didn’t look as good as I had hoped.
